At Vanika Jewellery, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to make the process smooth and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition

Returned in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact

Accompanied by an uncut/unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package opening, product, and issue (for verification)
⚠️ Returns without an uncut video or with missing tags/packaging will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized or personalized jewellery

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or offers

Gift cards or promotional items

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or customer damage
3. How to Initiate a Return

Once reviewed and approved, we will share return instructions and shipping details.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be issued as either:

Store Credit, or

Refund to the original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after return approval.
Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

Size-related issues

Manufacturing defects (after verification)
The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with tags and invoice.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at support@vanikafashion.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
Once approved, follow the provided instructions for return shipping.
Shipping Charges

Outbound shipping charges for sending the exchanged product will apply
6. International Orders
Returns and exchanges are accepted for international customers; however:

Return shipping charges and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility

Duties, taxes, or import fees paid are non-refundable
7. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide an uncut unboxing video and clear photos
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
8. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the safe return of items.
Vanika Jewellery is not liable for products lost or damaged during return transit.
Please use a secure and trackable courier service when sending your return.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any discrepancies (wrong product, missing item, incorrect size, etc.) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof.
Our customer care team will review and resolve the issue promptly.
